The 2007 Annual
Survey of Local Government Finances is an automated data entry system that
enables public entities to respond to the U.S. Census Bureau's Government
Finance Surveys via the Internet. The data you provide here are the basis of
important and influential financial statistics. The statistics we construct,
with your help, become the state and local government sectors of the Gross
Domestic Product (GDP).
The U.S. Census Bureau is conducting their 2007 Annual Survey of Local
Government Finances for the fiscal year ending July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007.
You can find your User ID on the paper version of the survey that was mailed to
you by the Census Bureau. Your User ID is the first 14 digits of the 18 digit
ID located on the top line of the pre-printed address section of the paper
form. The example below has the ID number circled.
