: To provide for faster downloading, these files have been compressed (into "self-extracting zip" files). They may be decompressed after they have been downloaded in one of 2 ways:
1. Automatically when double clicked, or
2. Using a "zip" extraction program
Downloaded files have "exe" extensions and "txt" extensions when decompressed.
Once the files are downloaded and decompressed, users may import the
files into any computer application which accepts ASCII files, including most
spreadsheet, wordprocessor, and database software. The first record of
each file contains the field descriptions.
