The Internet Data Entry System (IDES) is an automated data entry system for the collection of OMB Circular A-133 submissions. You may use the IDES to:

  1. Enter Form SF-SAC data online
  2. Check Form SF-SAC data for errors using the ?Check Data? feature
  3. Upload a pdf copy of the Single Audit reporting package
  4. Certify Form SF-SAC electronically using a signature code provided by the IDES
  5. Submit complete certified Form SF-SAC and Single Audit reporting package to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse electronically
  6. All submissions for fiscal periods ending in 2008 or later must use the IDES to submit Form SF-SAC and Single Audit reporting package to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse
